HOW MANY WEDDINGS ARE YOU TAKING IN A YEAR?
When we first started, we were taking as many weddings as we could. We then realized we were not investing time in ourselves. Although we were able to deliver everything, we felt like we did not give our families the best of ourselves.
As of right now, we only take on a total of 30 weddings/elopements a year. This way, we can invest in everything that we do. That way, we can be there for our clients. That way, we have enough time for self-care, mental health days, and quality time with our families and friends.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?
After looking through everything in our portfolio and our website send us an inquiry and tell us a little about you.
We will get in touch with you guys so we can get to know each other. We will make sure to provide all necessary information and our honest opinion so you can make the best package for your wedding.
A 40% non-refundable retainer fee for date reservation and signature of wedding contract is needed to reserve us for your date. The rest is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET?
We always promise 65 photos per hour so you get an idea of how many photos you’ll receive. However, each wedding is unique in its own way and we always make sure to capture plenty of photos for each moment of the day.
We also don’t cap at a certain amount of photos. When you hire us, you don’t just hire another vendor, you gain a couple of friends. We are the kind of friends who values you and all the important memories on your special day. So you betcha we will deliver all the photos that will tell your story so your children, grandchildren, and great great great grandchildren one day can look at and learn about you.
Quality is always over quantity. With that being said, We always underpromise and overdeliver. This has been our philosophy with everything in life and in business.
DO YOU DELIVER RAW PHOTOS?
We don’t ever give out RAW photos. Every photo you receive will be edited to ensure consistency in colors, brightness, and mood.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
For engagement, our promise is 2 weeks. For weddings, we promise 6 weeks.
Truly, you have the rest of your life to look at these photos so we want to make sure EVERY SINGLE PHOTO we deliver is something we are proud of. We want to make sure you get the best of us and not something we have to rush in order to meet some crazy fast deadline.
With that being said, we always go back to our philosophy of “underpromise and overdeliver”. Most of our clients often get their gallery back before the deadline included in the contract.
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP YOUR CLIENTS?
From day one, our photography is always about celebrating the love and authenticity from the couple. We share photos of all our clients no matter how they look because we want YOU to know that YOU are beautiful because we are all unique and different and important.
We won’t photoshop you taller or skinnier. We won’t photoshop the scar on your forehead that is a part of your identity. We won’t photoshop to alter what is real and true for you.
We often photoshop out temporary blemishes like bruises and acne.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
When your wedding photos are finished and we spray a bit of channel cologne on it, we will upload it to a password-protected online gallery and send it to you via email. You can share the link with friends and family so they can see these photos. You can also download the whole gallery to your computer or download photos individually to your phone to share on social media.
You can also buy prints through your wedding gallery (Optional). This is a great feature if you have family out of the state or country and they would like printed photos from a professional lab. The prints will be mail to the address provided in the check out section when buying the photos.
WHAT RIGHTS DO WE HAVE?
