Some love stories begin with a first date. Amy & R Some love stories begin with a first date. Amy & Riley’s started as coworkers who had no idea how much their lives were about to change. They started as friends, both in relationships at the time, simply getting to know each other at work. Eventually, life shifted for both of them, and when the timing finally lined up, they realized just how much they had in common and how naturally they fit together. Then came a BBQ at Riley’s, their first time hanging out outside of work. From that weekend on, they were basically inseparable. Their wedding at @vineyardhacienda felt like the perfect place to celebrate a story like theirs. Tucked away on nine private acres near San Diego, Vineyard Hacienda is filled with gardens, courtyards, vineyard paths, and so many beautiful little corners that make you forget how close you are to the city. The property has been lovingly transformed by the Harmes family over the years into a place built around gathering, connection, and meaningful celebrations. And on this day, Amy & Riley added their own chapter to its story. What I loved most was that their wedding felt unmistakably them. Two people who found each other when the timing was finally right, surrounded by the people they love, celebrating everything that brought them to this moment and everything still ahead.
